This changes the OFDM starter code to use hls::stream instead of the original FIFO. It's more or less the same as the way we did the DFT demo. I also restructured the starter code a bit, instead of having a demod function that gets called from the top level receiver function, I have the entire body of the fft function and the call to qpsk_decode copied into the top level function. This is to allow us to use dataflow for the receiver, to get a similar interval as we did with the fft project.
The testbench does still need to be reworked to use the hls::stream interface. I never got it completely polished when I was working on this project.
