Creating a new issue

In the student UI qtracker will add a block called "module" Question Tracker

All the student has to do to create an issue is to:

1. Enter a title
2. Write a comment/description containing additional information about the issue
3. Click "Submit new issue"

While the student is on the page with the question the student can update or delete the issue

Updating an issue

To update an issue, change the title and/or the comment as wished and press "Update"

Deleting an issue

To delete an issue press "Delete"
