Interpolations.jl dropped support for Julia before Julia 1.6. We stopped testing against Julia 1.3 due ChainRulesCore.jl compatability. |

This pull request changes the compat entry for the
Interpolationspackage from0.9, 0.10, 0.11, 0.12, 0.13, 0.14to0.9, 0.10, 0.11, 0.12, 0.13, 0.14, 0.15.This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
Note: I have not tested your package with this new compat entry.
