When I dropped 1.6 support for DifferentiationInterface (in v0.6.8) and DifferentiationInterfaceTest (in v0.8.0), I forgot to bump the Julia compat bound from 1.6 to 1.10.
This PR corrects the compat bounds for all versions of DI and DIT released since those two. In doing so, it fixes JuliaDiff/DifferentiationInterface.jl#597 (ping @MilesCranmer).
Can someone more familiar with the General registry double-check that I didn't fudge the compat modifications?
