This change adds a cargo feature to the `loader` crate that turns on compression of the inlined kernel. This will increase the size of the kernel quite a bit, but will drastically reduce startup time bc the decompression was surprisingly slow.

This PR makes compression of the kernel in the loader optional and disables it by default. This will drastically reduce startup time and make development more enjoyable. Still need to figure out why decompression is so slow though (#114)
