  • Relax some conditions on inputs:

    • Just warn on Pwot-normalized > 1 or > n_idle or < 1.2 x n_rated
      (BUT not extrapolate)
    • allow float as v_max.

  • build:

    • drop sphinx_rtd_theme dependency - provided by default these days.
    • drop pip-installin of xlwings attrocity if missing.
