Sample path broken (TextBerg/SAC)

Hi Isabel,

It seems the path of the first example is broken, there is no TextBerg/SAC directory in the project. Can you fix it so the example is working after cloning?

# create Text+Berg subset of sentences containing plant names:

$ python3 get_subset_textberg.py -i ./../TextBerg/SAC/ -o ./subset_textberg_de.txt -g ./../resources/gazetteers/ -l de

Secondly minor spot is DATA COLLECTION (path = ‘scripts/data collection/’), pls change to "data_collection" to make everything clear :).
