A remote agent is a small program that allows us to connect to your PC to provide remote support. Many variables may impact our technician's ability to connect, including the state of the computer, presence of malware, Internet connection, etc. Firstline Agents are smaller binaries and are used first in line. If problems are encountered, we can attempt to download, and install if necessary, Secondline agents, but their binaries are larger and may be harder to download on slower connections.
Privacy Promise: Invise Solutions follows strict privacy practices. We will never connect to your computer without your permission, unless there is a reoccurring service plan or service agreement in place. We always ask your permission before installing unattended remote access.
Each file is renamed and hosted on GitHub to prevent malware from deleting remote control agents or blocking the origin server. Original full file names below.
