Second beta release of QuiXDM 2.0

Now handle XML, JSON, RDF, CSV
YAML and HTML are in the pipe

Limitation

• XML (no limitation)
• JSON (no limitation)
• RDF (only triple; bug in Jena for Quads)
• CSV (no parameter at the moment, english Excel params)
