This release updates dosdp-tools to follow the latest DOS-DP schema for OBO synonyms (see #40). These changes may break some existing patterns.

Other changes:

  • Added prefixes to the predefined prefixes provided by the --obo-prefixes option.
  • Fixed bug preventing creation of annotations on logical axioms.
