Adds support for EVI API. Provides a
HumeVoiceClientfor interacting with the API via WebSockets. It also supports creating, listing, and deletingVoiceConfigsthat can be used to configure the system prompt and other attributes of EVI sessions.MicrophoneInterfaceallows starting an EVI session via Python script that you can interact with on your device's built in microphone and speaker.
