Metadata Utilities v0.3

• added option to ignore hidden games in game count and when removing unused metadata
• sped up loading time of metadata editor/merge editor
• recalculate game count after merging in metadata editor
• optimized texts in some dialogs
• make database updates in UI thread to avoid potential errors
• prevent unnecessary auto merge runs after merging or removing items in metadata editor
• fixed column widths in merge editor and put copy button first
• fixed "add new item" in settings also adding item when cancel was clicked
• fixed the sorting in Metadata Editor and Merge Rule Dialog
