Metadata Utilities v0.2

• reworked Metadata Editor window that now filters directly when typing in a search term or ticking check boxes.
• Option to define merge rules for categories, features, genres, series and tags that work across all these types. Those rules can then be automatically executed on metadata updates.
• Option to save manual merge in Metadata Editor as a merge rule
• Option to add new items in Metadata Editor
• Option to set up default categories and/or tags, that will be added to newly imported games (or others on button click)
• Option to automatically remove unused metadata on start up.
