I am trying to fit your dream2 model on some reprocessed public data. In that dataset our cell types of interest have very unequal distribution across samples: some have about 70 cells while some others have just 2 or 3 cells. Is there any way to supply weights for these samples in some kind of proportion to the number of cells in each?
Best,
Sasha.
