SelectRef 추가 (이전 스텝으로 이동시 Select 컴포넌트가 초기화 되지 않는 문제)
구현 내용
SelectRef 추가 후 useEffect에서 스텝이 변경될때 마다 index를 0으로 주도록 수정하였습니다.
