The site could not be fully updated at Pantheon at qa. Try fixing manually.

@amitaibu It's an issue at several projects, a regression of the deploy failure notification.

It is not yet resolved, it's a Travis-side issue.
I am going to cleanup this from all the repositories for now, as it produces spam and generate noise in everyone's inbox.
