Continous Integration and Delivery with JenkinsX and Kubernetes

Use git changes to manage kubernetes configurations

JenkinsX requires a corresponding git repository in order to use GitOps to manage cluster configuration. Any cluster changes (via `jx` terminal commands) are reflected back to this git repository.
