feat: New multicalls #65

Changes to support router-v3. Primarily configs and test deployments, but there are a few small semantic changes to Convex adapters to support Aura:

Explicit extra reward fields added to ConvexV1BasePoolAdapter
ConvexV1BasePoolAdapter slightly changed to handle extra reward wrappers in Aura
Added a check in updateStakedPhantomTokensMap() to ensure that a base pool is connected to a correct booster - this is done to avoid pid collisions between Convex and Aura.
