ddisplay v1.5

Changelog:

• Add a $RUNLAUNCHER variable which means the user can override this in case he doesn't want to use dmenu by simply (for example) adding export RUNLAUNCHER=rofi to their .rc
• Now you no need to worry about re-configuring the ddisplay again when you move to another distro or upgrade it because now... configuration file exists. 🎊
• Fix a few small spelling mistakes.

• Mirror up to how much with the new option called "Custom resolution" (if both displays supports it)
• New option on the settings part. You need to type your native refresh rate from your primary display too
