This pull request solves #138. When the user clicks on the address in the list of locations, the map automatically pans to that location and opens the popup. In addition, like #162, this adds a button to open the location in Google Maps. However, this automatically tells Google Maps to get directions from the user's current location instead of merely highlighting the store.
