This PR:

  • updates the wallet docs version to 0.16.1 (just released)
  • updates the default fuels TS docs version to 0.79.0
  • patches for the new TS docs nav
  • updates the quickstart & intro-to-fuels guides with new wallet & fuels versions
  • fixes an issue with having to close the nightly docs warning when changing versions
  • takes wallet interactions out of playwright tests until they are fixed
  • fixes broken links
  • changes code import plugin to fail deployment if an example is missing
  • adds several missing code example files

A lot to review here, but ran through the deployment and ran it locally and all seems to be in order 🚀
