feat: Set idle timeout on pause #667

This allows extending the idle timeout when the printer is getting paused. This can be helpful on filament runouts where it will keep the bed heated for longer and can help safe a print.

Extending idle timeouts helps save prints during filament run-outs by keeping the heated bed on.
