How to use the FEniCS fork of spack/spack

  1. The develop branch of spack/spack is mirrored to FEniCS/spack. We do not want to touch this branch, but just keep it up-to-date with the spack/spack repository. Press the "Fetch Upstream" button to update.

  2. Any fixes for spack/spack can be made as appropriately named branches in FEniCS/spack and PRs can be made to the main repository, just like any other project.

  3. A "working version" of spack will be maintained in the branch called "fenics" of FEniCS/spack. This should consist of a rollup of any fixes that are not already in the main spack, and may be rebased from time-to-time on the develop branch.
