Change Clm tests in testlist to Clm60 #455

Change any of the CLM tests in the testlist to use Clm60. Since, Clm51 is now deprecated with ctsm5.2.0

@ekluzek two questions:

I tried pushing the above changes to https://github.com/slevis-lmwg/CMEPS.git in order to open a PR and got repository not found. Should I let you make the changes here, and focus myself separately on Deprecate clm5_1 physics with ctsm5.2.0 CTSM#2379?
The wording above implies changing the Clm50 and Clm51 tests to Clm60, so I wanted to confirm. I know that I'm only doing Clm51 to 60 in Deprecate clm5_1 physics with ctsm5.2.0 CTSM#2379.
