Description can be specified but is optional. If a [unit/{measure}/{unit}] section is used, a default measure description will be used.

Added back option to reload custom cvt definition

With 2,0 loading custom configuration only happens on startup. Added back the option to explicitly do it using the Refresh Custom Conversion command (KP's Reload Configuration did it but it was not intuitive).

Major release with support for customizations in cvt.ini

The format of cvtdefs.json has changed and will require people who customize it to update their file. No change was made to how the plugin is used.
