lesson template tweaks after run through

@hschellman I ran through the template, made some formatting tweaks here and there.
It all worked out the box on my local runby/jekyll install, and I even have ruby >3.0, local rendering works just fine with WSL, even auto-generation when i make any changes.

I fixed the logo link in navbar, and some callouts too, and added a one-liner for grep/kill jekyll processes.
I''m making this PR for gh-pages in hopes that's preferred.
