MiniRun6 is a 1E19 POT sample produced with updated backtracking and updated light configuration in larndsim, the new SPINE (ex-mlreco) framework and weights, CAFs placeholders for charge-light matching, CAfs truth maching with edep-sim.
The edep-sim and Minerva outputs are frozen and kept from MiniRun5.
- Still ~10% of failure in flow assumed due to the hit merging step, still under investigation. The remaining files will be added as soon as it's fixed.
Specific status update specific for MiniRun6 are presented here:
- For larndsim
- Backtracking (see PR#246)
- Use projected track distance to pixel to decide the range for backtracking
- Add trajectory fraction in backtracking information
- Light simulation (see PR#247)
- Enable sampling from photon t0 from the LUT t0 profile instead of using the average t0
- Enable measured SiPM model instead of the exponential RLC model
- Enable pre-calculated normalised time profile instead of calculating it during the simulation (~1E-6 differences in values)
- Not include first photon arrival time if the setup is not threshold triggered
- Only allow one light trigger per event
