MiniRun3 file locations

Web links are provided here, but they can be converted to paths on the NERSC filesystem by replacing https://portal.nersc.gov/project/dune/data with /global/cfs/cdirs/dune/www/data. Files will be available at Fermilab soon, with locations to be listed here.

Kludge of the day: Files can be bulk downloaded via wget using, e.g., wget -r -nH --cut-dirs=8 --no-parent --reject="index.html*" --reject="robots.txt" https://portal.nersc.gov/project/dune/data/2x2/simulation/productions/MiniRun3_1E19_RHC/MiniRun3_1E19_RHC.larnd/LARNDSIM/
