.. I know this is not exactly an underprivileged group, but I felt a translation brings to light many of the social/humanist "medmennesklige" aspects that can be harder to read between the lines for Norwegians used to "technical English".

Simplifications to the English version might also help non-English speakers, but they would have to be subtle as there are existing signatories.
