This PR is based on old PR from @grelca. (#1161) But some changes were made.
CountSevensfunction uses the algorithm that used by Cookie Clicker.CalculateLuckyLevelsfunction uses only top 15 digits if number of digits of givencurrentLevelis greater than 15. Because JavascriptNumbertype has a precision of 53 bits, which is approximately 15.95 digits in decimal.
