Summary

Bugfixes "[MoM] Purifiable updates"

Purpose of change

Noticed that some things that should not be affected by purifer, like having learned Extended Channeling or being one of the Fifth Sun People, did not have "purifiable": false set.

Set "purifiable": false

No one has actually reported this yet but let's head it off at the pass.
