Purpose of change
While working on #75351 I found we had a bunch of chems that had zero reason to be comestible

Change them to generic, remove all references to them being comestible

Additional context
Worth to note that this can only be done for solid chems, as liquids need to be either ammo or comestible to work properly, but only being comestible allows them to react with temperature
