Updated to Bootstrap V4.3.1 for security purposes.

If you happen to have HammerFlex2 v00.00.01 installed, you should edit the CONTAINER version settings under the Extensions page. It had a bad version number, and 00.00.02 won't install until you reset the container version setting to 00.00.02
