Using Facegen
Facegen is a program that lets you create realistic looking faces by tweaking some sliders. Facegen is used in games like Skyrim, Dark Souls and fallout.
The free version does not let you export to obj, so before you continue you need to get the full version. I'll be using the demo version in this tutorial because I don't have the full version at the moment.
Facegen is pretty easy to use so I'm gonna assume you've already made a face and you're ready to go. If not just check out the facegen manual.
Wait, before you do, go to models > change model parts and remove everything except Hires skin. The eyes will be made in PAC3 itself.
Facegen does also not export the face with normals, you need to generate those using a 3d modelling program. I recommend using meshlab if you don't know how to make 3d models.
Once you have your face exported to obj, fixed and uploaded somewhere, you can just use it in pac.
