Steps:

1. Download rasperian image os: https://www.raspberrypi.org/downloads/raspbian/
2. Download Win32DiskImager https://sourceforge.net/projects/win32diskimager/ or Etcher https://www.balena.io/etcher/
3. Write image to SDHC with one tool from Step. 2
4. Put ssh file in SDHC.
5. Put SD card to raspberry pi and connect pi to your modem.
6. Check address port alocated from your modem by accessing 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1
7. Connect with putty.exe https://www.putty.org/ by ssh to pi with user: pi and password: raspberry
