This sample output allows users to verify their port. These results are created from Icepack1.4.1 by running
./icepack.setup -m conda -e macos --case basecase -s diag1,run1year
cd basecase
./icepack.build
./icepack.submit
conda activate icepack
../configuration/scripts/tests/timeseries.csh logs/ice_diag.full_ITD.*
The standalone Icepack runs 4 different columns (full_ITD, icefree, land, and slab) by default. Each column uses the same namelist and forcing but different lon/lat locations and different initial conditions. The log files and "full-ITD" plots from this run are attached below.

The x-axis is time (0-10 years) and the y-axis is area fraction (0-1) or mean ice thickness (0-5 m).
- Full ITD solution
- Initially ice-free.
- Initialized with a slab of ice.
