1.9.0.Beta

This is the beta release of CaPTk version 1.9.0, containing many bug fixes and a few new features.

Note that macOS is now supported via Docker image and is not currently built as a standalone binary. Please pull the cbica/captk image from Docker Hub for use on Mac.
