This is a standard contest which features a pre-like then allows users to submit their email address in order to enter the contest. The user is also given the ability to sign up for the mailing list. The database is manually managed, we export CSV for the client.
Setup Guide: Fill in all of constants in config.php.
Run install.php to create the database table.
Edit the blocks in the skin folder. Be sure that form elements keep their names and IDs.
