I have added a '--no-hour-tune' option that will replace the hour tune with the second beep (to avoid missing sounds every hour).
Also renamed '--no-beep' to '--no-second-beep' to keep up with the naming of the new option.
The CLOCK/TIME is silent (except for the very initial startup tune) if both '--no-second-beep' and '--no-hour-tune' has been given.
