general update
Minor package enhancements and updating of BPDL & experiments.
Some minor changes:
- add ipynb - user gene labels & fuzzy activation function
- rename nb_jobs -> nb_workers
- move configs JSON -> YAML
- simplify parallel expts
- formating pep8
- fix NonDeamonPool
- update CI
fuzzy & deform patterns
This is functionality extension and some mean time update/bug fixing. Extending the implementation by generalizing inputs - fuzzy segmentation instead binary and compensating the internal deformation by simple registration.
Main features:
- extension for fuzzy inputs
- deformation via daemon registration
- minor bug fixing & enhancements
- meantime refactoring & code cleaning
- adding SoA methods - CanICA, MSDL
Initial release
An initial release of Binary pattern Dictionary Learning (BPDL) together with a comparison with State-of-the-Art decomposition methods applied to image domain. The project also includes useful tools for dataset handling and around real microscopy images.
Main features:
- implementation of BPDL package
- experimental setting & synthetic dataset
- comparison with NMF, SPCS, ICA, etc.
- visualisations and notebook samples
