Removing the generate msf-stager command and adding documentation on how to use msfvenom / msfconsole to generate stager binaries.

This PR removes the
generate msf-stagercommand and adds documentation on how to usemsfvenom/msfconsoleto generate stager binaries. Sincegenerate msf-stageressentially wraps a call tomsfvenom, it is better if we do not try to reinvent the wheel. This also makes it so that we do not have to keep up with changes to command-line syntax inmsfvenom.The
msfandmsf-injectcommands still work in my testing, so the server components that callmsfvenomshould still be working just fine after this PR.
