Changes since 1.3.0:
- The unstable `traits-preview` feature now includes an implementation
  of `crypto_common::BlockSizeUser`, AKA
  `digest::core_api::BlockSizeUser`. This allows `blake3::Hasher` to be
  used with `hmac::SimpleHmac`.
