easy "turn up contrast on image" problem

I tried using photoshop to turn up contrast but i didn't seem to work, could be user error though.

I tried using photoshop to turn up contrast but i didn't seem to work, could be user error though.

it worked on gimp for me. I'll try photoshop too later but would appreciate if others could also test (on other software too)

Technically visible without any modifications, tested and works on Photoshop + GIMP but might require changing brightness too to make it a bit more visible
