Release 1.0.0. Should be functional, although some things may not work. Also note that at least right now, I can only build for linux as I don't have a mac and can't build for windows right now. If there's demand for a i686 build I'll provide one.

ALSO NOTE THAT THE ONLY CURRENTLY AVAILABLE BUILD CAN CREATE PACKAGES FOR ALL TIER 2 OR TIER 1 RUST-SUPPORTED TARGETS(with host tools) AND YOU CAN CROSS-COMPILE TO ANY TARGET TIER TWO OR HIGHER(with or without host tools).
