Learn about vigilant mode.

I made it work for v146.

This mod is still dead, it just supports v146 now, and should no longer crash everything.

There is no commit for this version, because I can't push to master. GLFolker is the only person left in the Avant organization who can merge things, and he cannot be contacted, so I'm just dropping this here.

Edit: Nevermind, he's alive. Commit pushed.
