This change adds a toggle button to the top bar that changes whether you swipe horizontally or vertically to change pages.
When reading an e-book that is in PDF format I usually have to zoom in and scroll from the top of the page to the bottom. Then I would need to zoom out so I could swipe left to get to the next page.
