I think this is not a serious translator, the site is somehow not beautifully made, all crooked, most likely they use a third-party API of another translator

HAHAHAHHA! LMAO, they simply use the Microsoft Translate API:

It seems like it could be using some results from google translate aswell eh? Could be wrong but every language I tested seemed to work...lol with this url

just doesn't say the language detected.

Could be used to add another translate endpoint though (TranslateArray) to the BingTranslator
