tsdownsample 0.1.3 ❄️

Destination channel: Snowflake

Links

Explanation of changes:

  • Set rust compiler version in conda_build_config.yaml to the nightly build present on the snowflake channel.
  • Added a patch to update the version of argminmax from 0.6.1 to 0.6.2 due to a bug that prevented building it with rust >=1.78.
  • Added upstream tests. Skipping benchmark tests.
    • Set up test_downsampling_with_x and test_parallel_downsampling_with_x to rerun on failure due to both being somewhat flaky.
  • Ignored missing_wheel lint since this recipe is using maturin as the build system.

test_downsampling_with_x seems to be flaky. I'll be looking into what's causing it to fail tomorrow.
