This improves the display of fileform.html, joystick.html, keycodes.html, and platform_matrix.html for mobile and other small displays. All four documents now have an HTML viewport tag, and I've made various CSS and content tweaks to each document to improve scalability of the text content and some (but not all) tables/figures.
