Sync segments names in a sync group with UDP

Some Effects will be using the segment name as part of the effects data (see the GIF image effect in Pull-Requests)

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be great to have the segment name sent to other instances of the sync group along with other segments data when it is changed.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I did try to make one ESP as a slave using DDP virtual output but there is too much lag to stream realtime rapidly moving pixels.

Additional context
I'd like to have the images stored on both ESP and be able to sync the effects data without having to sync pixel data.
